Saturday May 26 of Memorial Weekend, it is the Soft Shell Metric Century Bike Ride in Crisfield, MD. Riders can download the registration form here. Jaycees Volunteers will be assigned a Bike Ride Rest Stop serving Gatorade, Peanut Butter Sandwiches and granola bars etc. Its going to be a fun event. Contact President Mike to sign up. See you there! PS We're also recruiting volunteers now for the Chicken Festival: June 15-16. We're cooking Delmarvalous BBQ Chicken at The Centre at Salisbury Mall!! The Salisbury Jaycees’ fourth annual Treat Street was the biggest installment of the event yet, with 13 candy tables, four games and a plethora of other activities and giveaways hosted by the chapter and other local businesses and organizations.
Some 450 children made their way through Salisbury’s Downtown Plaza during this safe trick-or-treating event, presented by Salisbury Skate Shop. Nearly 300 volunteers from Salisbury University signed up to assist during the evening. Even WMDT-TV came out to join in the fun!
